Dodow money back guarantee

You have 100 days to return for refund any Dodow purchased on our official website www.mydodow.com

  • This 100-day window starts from the delivery date of your package.

  • Any item returned after this 100-day cooling off period will not be refunded.

  • Any purchase of a product distributed by LIVLAB from a third party (Amazon, a point-of-sale etc.) is subject to the Terms & Conditions of sale of said establishment.

HoomBand money back guarantee

You have 100 days to return for refund any HoomBand purchased on our official website www.hoomsleep.com

  • This 100-day window starts from the delivery date of your package.

  • Any item returned after this 100-day cooling off period will not be refunded.

  • Any purchase of a product distributed by LIVLAB from a third party (Amazon, a point-of-sale etc.) is subject to the Terms & Conditions of sale of said establishment.

HoomKid money back guarantee

You have 100 days to return to refund any HoomKid purchased on our official website www.hoomsleep.com

  • This window starts from the delivery date of your package.

  • Any item returned after this cooling-off period will not be refunded.

  • Any purchase of a product distributed by LIVLAB from a third party (Amazon, a point-of-sale etc.) is subject to the Terms & Conditions of sale of said establishment.


Return and refund conditions

To get your order refunded, you must return the items:

  • in good condition

  • in the original box

  • with all the accessories originally provided (batteries, user guides, charging cable, etc...)

❌ Any item which is returned without said accessories, or is damaged, dirty or in general poor condition will not be refunded or exchanged and no refund will be processed.

🚛 Additional fees paid by the customer for specific delivery method (standard or express delivery, for example) will not be reimbursed.


Return fees

The return fees will be at your charge. Unless if you adduce proof showing that we have delivered a defective item, or an item substantially different to what was ordered.

🏷 Return addresses:

  • Orders delivered in Europe (except in the UK) will have to be sent back to our office in Paris.

  • Orders delivered in the UK will have to be sent back to our UK warehouse.

  • Orders delivered in Canada will have to be sent back to our Canadian warehouse

  • Orders delivered in the rest of the world will have to be sent back to one of our US warehouses, located in Kentucky or Nevada.

↩️ Extended returns for Holiday shopping

We are happy to facilitate returns for gifts purchased on mydodow.com or hoomsleep.com.

To allow time for holiday shopping and gift giving, purchases made between November 15th and December 25th may be returned until April 4th, 2023, or up to 100 days after the delivery date, whichever is greater. Non-returnable items remain non-returnable.

To start a gift return, please use our return form here, and provide the original order ID and the original purchaser's email address. If you do not have that information, don't worry – we can help dig that up for you.
