We work hard to provide a smooth experience, but occasionally, bugs can occur. If you’re experiencing issues, resetting the app may resolve them.
Steps to Reset the Livlab App
Clear the App Cache:
Go to your phone’s settings, find the Livlab app, and clear the cache.Delete Your Account:
Within the app, navigate to the User section and delete your account.Uninstall the App:
Remove the Livlab app from your device.Reinstall the App:
Download the latest version of the Livlab app from your app store.Resubscribe to the App:
Sign back in and resubscribe to access all features. The bug should now be resolved. 😎

You can easily access your favorite tracks in your Favorites folder. To add a track to your Favorites, simply play it and click the heart icon beneath the playback bar.
Once added, you can find the track in your Favorites folder, located in the "My Audios"
💡 For the best experience, download your favorite audios so you can listen anytime—even when your phone’s in airplane mode!

Downloading tracks
Download your favorite tracks to enjoy them offline, in airplane mode. Say goodbye to the airwaves and hello to uninterrupted listening!
To save a track, just tap the download icon below the playback bar after you start playing it. You’ll find all your downloaded tracks in the "My Downloads" folder in the "My Audios" section.
⚠️ Tracks download directly to the app, so over time it’ll take up a bit more space on your device. Just make sure you have enough storage for your downloads!

Build your own personalized playlist to match your style!
1. Choose tracks for your playlist by tapping the icon with three horizontal bars. You can add as many tracks as you like.
2. Head over to My Audios and find My Playlist. All selected tracks will be listed here.
3. Arrange your tracks in the order you’d like—they’ll play from top to bottom, the way you set it up.
4. Hit play, sit back, and enjoy! 😊
💡Want your playlist ready for airplane mode? Just tap "Download All" from the menu in the top right, and you’ll have all your tracks saved in no time! 😎
