This article provides updates on access issues with the Hoomband app and the status of the Livlab app.

🚨 Issues Encountered


Hoomband App:

  • Status:
    ​- Not available for download for new users.
    - Functional on both Android and iOS.

  • Details: The Hoomband app remains accessible to existing users, but it cannot be found in the App Store for new purchasers. New access codes for the Hoomband app cannot be used because the app has been disabled.

  • Solution: If you have a 5-digit code for the Hoomband app, please contact us to receive your 6-digit access code to use with the Livlab app.

Livlab App:

  • Status:
    ​- Available on Android.
    ​- Available on iOS.

  • Details:

    • Hoombook Tome 1 to 6 will be available for purchase soon!
