You've just received your HoomBand and it is not compatible with your device? We understand your frustration.
We tried to make it as clearer as possible on our website, and we are sorry you have missed that piece of information.
The headphones of the wired version of HoomBand are compatible with any mobile phone that has a jack socket.
So if your device doesn't have one, you'd need an adapter to use your wired HoomBand.

If you initially wanted to get the Bluetooth version (with no cable), we can arrange a replacement! Just be aware that the wireless version is a bit more expensive.
