You have 2 years to advise us if your HoomBand is defective. This applies to any device bought on hoomsleep.com.
What if I received a faulty device?
Mistakes from our warehouse can sometimes happen unfortunately. This may explain why you received a faulty device.
In this case, please let us know right away. Our support team will get back to you shortly to organize the replacement of the defective HoomBand (at our charge, of course).

What if I want to exchange the size of my HoomBand?
If you have received the wrong size, or if the size you have ordered doesn't fit and you want to change for another one, we will be able to organise a replacement of your headband.
In this case, please let us know right away. Our support team will get back to you shortly to organize the replacement of the defective HoomBand.
