In the Livlab app, a purple lock icon in front of audio content indicates that the content is locked.
The app's audio is grouped into packs (HoomBand, HoomKid, Dodow plus, etc...), which you can access with a 6-digit activation code.
This code is provided when purchasing a Livlab product (HoomBand, HoomKid, Dodow plus).
For purchases made before 2025:
If you bought your product before 2025, it may not include an activation code.
In this case, contact our team via the orange chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen, and we will provide you with a code.
Please add your order number or purchase receipt to your message.
For HoomBand users:
HoomBands purchased before 2025 contain a 5-digit code, which is compatible with the older HoomBand app but not with the Livlab app.
If you have a 5-digit code, please contact us to receive a 6-digit code and access the Livlab app for free.
Note: The HoomBand app will gradually be replaced by the Livlab app. All users of the HoomBand app can request free access to the Livlab app.
Where to enter your code to unlock content in the app?
Make sure you are logged into your account using the Livlab app.
Select the “Profile” menu at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on “Activate code” and enter your code to unlock the content.
