We are happy to facilitate returns for gifts purchased on livlab.care, mydodow.com or hoomsleep.com.

🗓 To allow time for holiday shopping and gift giving, purchases made between November 15th and December 25th may be returned until April 4th, 2024.

(or up to 100 days after the delivery date, whichever is greater. Non-returnable items remain non-returnable).

To start a gift return 😭, please use our return form (click the button "Request a return") and provide the original order ID and the original purchaser's email address. If you do not have that information, don't worry – we can help dig that up for you.
