You have 2 years to advise us if your Dodow is defective (unless you have selected the lifetime warranty). This applies to any device bought on mydodow.com.
What if I received a faulty device?
Mistakes from our warehouse can sometimes happen unfortunately. This may explain why you received a faulty device.
In this case, please let us know right away. Our support team will get back to you shortly to organize the replacement of the defective Dodow (at our charge, of course).

What if my Dodow stopped working?
Sometimes, your Dodow may just need to be reset. This operation won't take more than 5min.

What if resetting doesn't work?
If you have followed the steps shown in this video, and resetting doesn't help, we will organise a replacement of your device, at our charge (as long as it is under the 2-year warranty or lifetime warranty).
